Delivery Rates:

Standard Delivery: £3.49 – 3 to 5 days working days
Express Delivery: £6.99 – 1 to 2 working days
Same day dispatch: £8.99 Guaranteed next day delivery (Order before 1PM)


Free delivery is available for total order values placed over £30.00. Please note that the total must be £30 or more after any applicable discount codes are used. Free delivery is applied at the checkout.


We use a range of delivery partners, tracking details will be sent once the items have been dispatched.


Dispatch Details:

All orders are processed within 24-48hours Orders placed before 5PM are usually processed for dispatch the following working day and sent for dispatch within 48 hours.


Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. We do not post out on Bank Holidays.


Delivery information:

It is important to us that your sweets arrive in good condition and whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving, we do not have control of delivery’s once they have left our premises. Please read our delivery information below.


After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (Please check your junk folder). You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched.


Please check your delivery address is correct. If the address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be held liable for missing, misplaced or otherwise ‘claimed/stolen’ deliveries. You the customer, will be liable for any costs incurred to resend your order.


The chosen courier will deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home, they might try a neighbour or take the parcel to the nearest collection point this is because deliveries require a signature. If they are unable to deliver to you, they will leave a card. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D.


A parcel can only be classed as missing after 14days of non-receipt – Please email our customer service team who will help arrange a replacement or refund.


Returns:

We always hope that your order reaches you in the condition you’d expect. 


However, if it doesn’t, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. It would also be really helpful if you could include some images showing the problem. We can then resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
